Job summary

Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC) seeks a provider data contracting and credentialing specialist to support marketing, membership, and network contracting across lines of business. You will administer contracts, rosters, inquiries, and requests while helping ensure data accuracy and quality initiatives.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree with 2 years of managed care operations experience or 6 years of relevant experience, and the ability to work in the Helena, Montana office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree AND 2 years managed care operations experience handling independent work, OR 6 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work in office in Helena Montana.

Responsibilities

• Manage provider contracts, rosters, provider inquiries, and credentialing data to support multiple business lines.
• Serve as liaison between Network Contracting, Provider Data Management, and providers.
• Use Salesforce for case management and documentation of provider interactions.
• Maintain a large caseload and ensure timely resolution of provider issues.
