Zusammenfassung

HCSC is seeking a Provider Data Specialist to manage contracting, credentialing, and maintenance of provider data across all lines of business. You will drive data integrity, lead specialized operations, and engage with provider communities to support network participation.

The role involves internal collaboration, travel as needed, and a hybrid in-office/remote schedule to balance field and desk work. Relocation and sponsorship are not offered.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in managed care, or 5+ years in managed care environment.
• 2+ years healthcare administration with direct provider communication experience.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry and provider reimbursement methods.
• Willingness to travel, including overnight stays.
• Experience with claims processing systems and provider management tools.

Aufgaben

• Oversee contracting, credentialing, and maintenance of provider data across lines of business.
• Promote data integrity and lead operational and customer support duties independently.
• Participate in internal provider meetings and problem research related to credentialing and network participation.
• Provide training and education to contracted providers on processes and systems.
