Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree AND 2 years managed care operations experience handling independent work, OR 6 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work in office in Helena Montana.

Responsabilités

• Manage contracting, credentialing, and provider data for multiple lines of business.
• Handle high volume provider communications via email and phone; document in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Network Contracting, Provider Data Management, and providers to support credentialing and network activities.
• Maintain a large caseload with timely resolution of provider issues.
