Domnovate Healthcare is seeking a Provider Talent Acquisition Liaison to coordinate physician and provider recruitment in Kauai, with a mix of on-site and remote work. On-site responsibilities in the region and travel for recruitment events and candidate visits are required.

You will develop recruitment strategies, screen candidates, arrange travel and lodging, and support offers and onboarding while tracking metrics. The tentative start is December 1, 2026.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field.
• Five years of professional talent acquisition experience.
• Healthcare recruitment experience with third-party firms preferred.
• Knowledge of physician recruitment and locum tenens staffing.
• Strong communication, organization and relationship management.
• Hawaii type 3 driver's license preferred.

Aufgaben

• Develop recruitment strategies and build relationships with providers and training programs.
• Coordinate candidate screening, interviews, travel, lodging and site visits.
• Support offer and contract coordination with leadership and medical staff.
• Coordinate onboarding, EMR training and housing logistics.
• Maintain recruitment records, monitor vendor agreements and review invoices.
• Assist in coordinating student and resident rotations while protecting confidentiality.
