Domnovate Healthcare seeks a Regional Clinic Administrative Director to oversee employed and contracted provider practices across its Kauai facilities. The role is direct-hire, full-time in Waimea, Hawaii, with regional travel and long or irregular hours as needed.

You will lead clinic operations, provider planning, and performance reporting; manage contracting, procurement, and credentialing; support budgeting and reimbursement oversight; and partner with executive leadership on staffing,

Qualifikationen

• Five years of progressively responsible administrative experience.
• Extensive provider practice experience and knowledge of rural healthcare.
• Knowledge of multi-specialty practice operations and compliance.
• Obtain Certified Director in Provider Practice Management within three years.
• Master’s degree in Public Health or Hospital Administration preferred.
• Hawaii driver’s license (type 3) preferred.

• Lead clinic operations, provider planning, process improvement and reporting.
• Oversee provider contracting, procurement, compliance and credentialing coordination.
• Support financial planning, budgets, provider compensation and billing oversight.
• Partner with executives on staffing, new practices, quality outcomes and patient service.
