Emplify Health by Bellin is seeking a Provider Recruitment Coordinator to join the Provider Recruitment team. This role supports recruitment from start to finish by creating candidate materials, preparing reports, managing schedules, and assisting with communication and event planning to keep the team organized and responsive while enhancing candidate experience.

The position is based at 1920 Libal St, Green Bay, WI and offers hybrid work with a 40-hour work week, Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm.

Formación

• High school graduate, post-high school business courses preferred.
• Experience using various computer programs including Microsoft Word and customer service-related experience required.
• Three to five years of assistant experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provides clerical support to the Provider Recruitment team and coordinates team functions.
• Assists with scheduling, reporting, candidate materials, and event planning to support recruitment activities.
• Helps maintain professional and efficient operations and supports team objectives.

From creating candidate materials, preparing reports, managing schedules, and helping with communication and event planning, you'll keep the team organized and responsive while contributing to a strong candidate experience.

FTE Status: Full-Time 1.00 FTE (40 hours/week)

Job Description

Provides comprehensive, highly-skilled clerical support to the Provider Recruitment team by continually enhancing skill levels and pursuing professional development. Assumes ownership in coordinating functions within the Provider Recruitment team to support the team’s strategic objectives with continual growth and efficiency.

Qualifications

High school graduate, post-high school business courses preferred.
