Emplify Health by Bellin is seeking a Provider Recruitment Coordinator to support the Provider Recruitment team from start to finish. This role organizes candidate materials, reports, schedules, and communications to sustain a strong candidate experience in Green Bay, WI with a hybrid work option.

Full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday 8:00 am–4:30 pm. Requirements include a high school diploma, customer service experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Word; post-high school business courses

Qualifications

• High school graduate; post-high school business courses preferred.
• Experience using Microsoft Word and customer service experience required.
• Three to five years of assistant experience preferred.

Description

Emplify Health by Bellin is seeking a Provider Recruitment Coordinator to join the Provider Recruitment team! This role plays an important part in supporting provider recruitment efforts from start to finish. From creating candidate materials, preparing reports, managing schedules, and helping with communication and event planning, you'll keep the team organized and responsive while contributing to a strong candidate experience.

Job Description:

Provides comprehensive, highly-skilled clerical support to the Provider Recruitment team by continually enhancing skill levels and pursuing professional development. Assumes ownership in coordinating functions within the Provider Recruitment team to support the team’s strategic objectives with continual growth and efficiency.

Qualifications:

High school graduate, post-high school business courses preferred.

Experience using various computer programs including Microsoft Word and customer service-related experience required. Three to five years of assistant experience preferred.
