Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center is seeking a Provider, Faculty and Executive Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for APPs, physicians, research faculty, and executive leadership.

This role supports a candidate-centered model within a hybrid work arrangement, with onsite presence during candidate interviews and searches, and close collaboration with the Talent Management team to ensure top talent acquisition outcomes.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for APPs, physicians, research faculty, and executive leadership to meet workforce needs.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with organizational priorities and workforce planning.
• Screen and assess candidates for qualifications, experience, training, leadership capabilities, and fit for provider, faculty, and executive roles.
• Partner with department admins, physician leaders, research leaders, hiring managers, and executives to develop plans and share best practices on recruitment.
• Build relationships with residency/fellowship programs and academic institutions to strengthen candidate pipelines.
• Promote Roswell Park’s brand and opportunities through outreach, events, and recruitment marketing.
• Represent Roswell Park at local, regional, and national events to engage candidates.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, candidate visits, interviews, and relocation support with the Talent Management team.
• Analyze feedback, metrics, and market intelligence to improve recruitment effectiveness and candidate experience.
• Maintain applicant tracking system activity and provide regular pipeline updates to leadership.
• Participate in workforce planning and employer branding initiatives as assigned.
