Job summary

Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center is seeking a Provider, Faculty, and Executive Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for APPs, physicians, research faculty, and executive leadership. The role involves partnering with leaders to develop strategic recruitment plans, build talent pipelines, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience within a hybrid onsite model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 1 year of HR/recruiting experience or equivalent
• Associate’s degree and 3 years of HR/recruiting experience or equivalent
• High School Diploma with 5 years of HR/recruiting experience or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for APPs, physicians, research faculty, and executive leadership to meet organizational workforce needs.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with priorities and workforce planning goals.
• Screen candidates and assess qualifications, experience, training, leadership capabilities, and fit for provider, faculty, and executive roles.
• Partner with administrators and leaders to develop searches, launch searches, and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
• Build and maintain relationships with residency/fellowship programs, academic institutions, and professional associations to strengthen pipelines.
• Promote Roswell Park as an employer through targeted outreach, recruitment marketing, and events.

Education

Bachelor’s degree and the equivalent of one (1) year of full-time experience in human resources, recruiting, administrative support, or a related field;

Associate’s degree and the equivalent of three (3) years of full-time experience in human resources, recruiting, administrative support, or a related field;

High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and the equivalent of five (5) years of full-time experience in human resources, recruiting, administrative support, or a related field.
