Job summary

RK&K is seeking a skilled Proposal Writer (Pursuit Specialist) to join our Tampa or Lakeland team in Florida. You will work with marketing, technical planners, engineers, and CEI staff to craft proposals and pursue opportunities.

The role requires at least two years in the A/E/C industry, proficiency with InDesign, Word and PowerPoint, and familiarity with CRM systems. We offer hybrid work arrangements and strong career development.

Qualifications

• BA or BS in English, Journalism, Communications or related discipline.
• Two years of experience developing proposals in the A/E/C industry.
• Proficiency with InDesign, Word and PowerPoint; CRM experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers proposals for municipal, FDOT projects and marketing materials.
• Collaborates with staff to plan, design, edit and produce RFP/ RFQ responses and shortlist interviews.
• Develops and maintains marketing strategies to meet objectives.
