Job summary

LPAS Architecture + Design, an award-winning multi-disciplinary firm, is seeking a Proposal/Marketing Coordinator for either the Sacramento or Oakland office. You will support proposal development, coordinate content, and help grow the firm’s visibility through strategic marketing and design-driven materials.

You will collaborate with leadership, design teams and consultants to produce RFQs/RFPs, manage deadlines, and elevate our boilerplate content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Public Relations, Communications or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in marketing, proposal, or business development.
• Experience in architectural/engineering settings preferred.
• Proficiency with InDesign and MS Office; Illustrator/Photoshop helpful.
• Strong writing, proofreading, and editing skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate proposals and qualification packages with leadership and teams.
• Determine proposal content from RFQs and RFPs and gather content.
• Prepare, write, proofread, and format proposal sections and graphics.
• Track interim/final deadlines and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain library of marketing assets and boilerplate content.
• Assist in monitoring RFP/RFQ opportunities and automate relevant emails.
• Prepare presentations for client meetings and interviews.
• Lead social media efforts and assist with website updates.
• Assist with CRM data entry and reporting (Salesforce).
