Qualifications

• Knowledge of graphic design principles required or strongly preferred.
• Proficient use of Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Project; Adobe InDesign/Photoshop/Illustrator/Acrobat preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to build relationships
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changes
• Commitment to honesty, integrity, quality, and customer satisfaction

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead final production of all marketing deliverables (qualifications, proposals, presentations)
• Perform quality control on proposals and materials
• Research, input data, and maintain department database
• Assist with edits and proofreading of RFPs and qualifications
• Attend and contribute to marketing meetings with teams
• Produce and distribute promotional materials
• Organize and maintain file system and records
• Maintain safe work environment and adhere to policies
• Establish professional relationships with internal clients
• Execute additional duties as assigned
