Job summary

GrowthWise Search Partners is seeking a Proposal and Marketing Coordinator to join our in-office team in Sunnyvale, CA. You will support the VP of Business Development by coordinating RFPs, RFQs, and proposal submissions from information gathering through final production, and develop professional packages that showcase our capabilities.

You will work with business development, estimating, and project teams to assemble technical content, manage marketing collateral, and maintain CRM records.

Qualifications

• Must have experience coordinating RFPs, RFQs, proposals and client presentations in commercial construction or related fields.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft PowerPoint for proposal development and presentation production.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate RFPs, RFQs, and proposal submissions from information gathering to final production.
• Collaborate with BD leadership, estimating, and project teams to gather technical project information and documentation.
• Write, edit, and design professional proposal packages and marketing materials.
• Maintain an organized library of templates, resumes, qualification statements, and marketing materials.
• Coordinate interview presentation preparation and logistics for pursuits.
• Create and update marketing collateral and project case studies.
• Coordinate content updates for the company website, social media, and newsletters.
• Support branding and company events.
• Maintain accurate project, client, and BD records in the CRM.
• Identify opportunities to improve proposal production and marketing processes.

Do you enjoy taking complex construction project information, organizing all the moving pieces, and turning it into polished proposals and presentations that help win new business?

This is your opportunity to bring your proposal development experience to an established commercial construction company, working directly with the Vice President of Business Development to support new project opportunities throughout the Bay Area and Sacramento.

Proposal and Marketing Coordinator - You will:

• Coordinate Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Qualifications (RFQs), and construction proposal submissions from initial information gathering through final production and delivery.
• Collaborate with business development leadership, estimating, and project teams to gather technical project information, qualifications, and supporting documentation.
• Write, edit, design, and produce professional proposal packages, PDF brochures, and interview presentations that communicate project experience and company capabilities.
• Maintain an organized library of proposal templates, project profiles, employee resumes, qualification statements, and marketing materials.
• Coordinate interview presentation preparation and logistics for new business pursuits.
• Create and update marketing collateral, project case studies, and company communications.
• Coordinate approved content and updates for the company website, social media, and internal newsletters.
• Support company branding and events.
• Maintain accurate project, client, and business development records in the company CRM system.
• Identify opportunities to improve proposal production and marketing processes.

Proposal and Marketing Coordinator – You Have

• Prior experience coordinating RFPs, RFQs, proposals, and client presentations within commercial construction, architecture, engineering, construction management, or commercial real estate. Industry experience is required.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft PowerPoint for proposal development and presentation production.

Proposal and Marketing Coordinator - You Might Have (Desired, Not Required):

• Experience using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, or Canva.
• Experience using Unanet or a similar CRM or marketing content management system.
• Prior experience coordinating construction project photography, newsletters, or company events.

Benefits for You

Your compensation will be $85,000 - $100,000, depending on your experience and qualifications. You will be provided with comprehensive health benefits, retirement plan options, paid time off, this is a full-time, in-office opportunity based in Sunnyvale, California
