Job summary

Environmental Science Associates (ESA) is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to join our Northwest Marketing Team in the Pacific Northwest. This role supports the development and coordination of multi-discipline proposals for RFPs/RFQs, working with engineers, planners, scientists and designers to craft compliant, compelling content under tight deadlines.

You will manage day-to-day tasks in a fast-paced environment, collaborate across technical teams, maintain CRM data and résumés, and contribute

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, English or a related field.
• Two+ years of relevant experience in the A/E/C industry in WA and/or OR.
• Experience coordinating RFP/RFQ deliverables in the Architecture/Engineering market.
• Strong writing and oral presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creation and coordination of multi-discipline proposals.
• Manage multiple proposals concurrently to meet tight deadlines.
• Review, distribute, and track marketing leads for pursuit.
