Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in government contracting, BD, marketing, or proposal coordination.
• Ability to interpret RFPs and develop compliant, compelling proposal content.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Zoho CRM, Adobe.

Responsibilities

• Support proposal kickoff meetings and contribute to schedule development.
• Conduct and document RFP analysis to extract requirements.
• Coordinate proposal writing inputs.
• Assemble, format, and edit proposal volumes.
• Track and organize all drafts through version control.
• Support pricing team by preparing pricing templates.
• Manage graphics requests and ensure brand-consistent presentation.
