Real Property Management Pros is hiring an Assistant Property Readiness Coordinator in Northern Virginia. You will oversee move-ins/move-outs, coordinate property evaluations, and manage Make Ready projects to ensure high-quality, ready-to-rent homes.

You’ll work with vendors, agents, and the leasing team to deliver superior resident experiences and support investor needs. The role emphasizes strong communication, organizational skills, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience or project coordination helpful.
• Strong attention to detail in evaluating property conditions.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and keep projects on schedule.
• Comfort with software tools and online platforms for updates and records.

Responsibilities

• Oversee move-ins and move-outs.
• Schedule and conduct property evaluations for seamless move-ins.
• Document property conditions at move-in/move-out and coordinate follow-up.
• Coordinate Make-Ready projects and organize repairs, cleanings, and services between turnovers.
• Communicate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to prep homes.
• Champion resident satisfaction and serve as primary contact during transitions.
• Encourage feedback and aim to improve NPS scores.
• Collaborate with Leasing Team to share progress and keep investors updated.
• Educate Investors on property statuses and potential upgrades.
• Maintain detailed records in software systems, updating digital and physical files for compliance.
