Job summary

Real Property Management Pros is seeking an Assistant Property Readiness Coordinator to support smooth move-ins and move-outs across Northern Virginia. You will coordinate Make Ready projects, organize repairs and services, and maintain clear communication with Residents, Vendors, and Leasing agents to ensure optimal turnover experiences.

The role emphasizes customer focus, attention to detail, and collaboration with field teams.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing or project coordination experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for on-site visits.
• Ability to pass background checks per local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee move-ins and move-outs.
• Schedule and conduct property evaluations, ensuring Residents move in seamlessly and have a positive first impression.
• Document property conditions at move-in and move-out, address questions, and coordinate any necessary follow-up.
• Coordinate Make-Ready Projects.
• Organize repairs, cleanings, and other services between Resident turnovers.
• Communicate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure homes are fully prepped for new Residents.
• Champion Resident Satisfaction.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for Residents during transition periods, answering questions and resolving concerns.
• Collaborate with Leasing Team to share updates and inform Landlord/Investor clients.
• Provide concierge-level service by educating Investors on property statuses and potential upgrades.
• Maintain Detailed Records and keep digital/physical records updated for compliance.
