Job summary

Real Property Management Pros in Northern Virginia is hiring an Assistant Property Readiness Coordinator to support move-ins, move-outs, and resident experience. You will coordinate property evaluations, Make Ready projects, repairs, cleaning, and service between turnovers, ensuring homes are prepped and ready for new Residents.

You will work with Leasing Agents and vendors, document conditions in our systems, and provide concierge-level service to Investors and Residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Experience in a customer-facing or project coordination role is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for on-site visits.
• Ability to pass background checks in accordance with local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee move-ins and move-outs.
• Schedule and conduct property evaluations for seamless move-ins and positive first impressions.
• Document property conditions at move-in/out and coordinate follow-ups.
• Coordinate Make-Ready projects and organize repairs/cleaning between turnovers.
• Communicate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to prep homes for residents.
• Champion resident satisfaction and serve as a primary contact during transitions.
• Collaborate with Leasing Team to share updates and inform landlords/investors.
• Provide concierge-level service by informing Investors about property statuses and potential upgrades.
• Maintain detailed records in systems and keep digital/physical files updated for compliance.
