Job summary

Real Property Management Pros is hiring an Assistant Property Readiness Coordinator in Fairfax, VA to oversee move-ins/outs, property evaluations, and Make Ready projects for single-family homes. You’ll work with leasing teams, vendors, and investors, delivering concierge-level service to Residents while maintaining accurate records.

Ideal candidates are customer-focused, detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy, with a valid driver’s license and willingness to pass background checks.

Qualifications

• HS diploma required; degree preferred for advancement.
• Customer-facing or project coordination experience valued.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background checks per local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Move-Ins & Move-Outs.
• Schedule property evaluations and ensure seamless move-ins.
• Document property conditions and coordinate follow-up.
• Coordinate Make-Ready projects and organize repairs.
• Communicate with vendors, contractors and internal teams.
• Champion Resident Satisfaction and act as primary contact.
