Sargent & Lundy in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Senior Project Manager to oversee multiple transmission, substation and distribution projects in a hybrid work arrangement. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to manage the project life cycle from initiation to close-out.

Requires 10+ years in project management within utilities/construction/engineering, strong communication skills, and the ability to mentor teams; 10–25% travel expected. A BS is preferred; PMP is a plus.

• 10+ years of project management experience in utility/construction/engineering.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams.
• Capital project management experience.
• Firm/client liaison experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to travel 10–25% domestically.
