Essential qualifications include 12+ years in project management within utility/construction, strong leadership and communication, and a BS in a related field.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Project Management of Utility, Construction, Engineering, or similar
• Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary teams
• Experience with capital project management
• Experience serving as a firm/client liaison in a lead or supporting role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manage the execution of multiple transmission, substation and distribution projects
• Coordinate with internal and external departments to manage project life cycle
• Own all aspects of project performance including safety, schedule, budget and client experience
• Direct the project team and mentor members
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with client leads and stakeholders
• Lead efforts to ensure projects are completed safely, on time and within budget
• Support KPI reporting for schedule, budget and dashboards
• Identify and control construction risk and change
• Prepare clear project reports for clients
• Analyze issues and provide improvement solutions
