Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a seasoned Project Manager in Salt Lake City, UT with a hybrid work option. The role supports internal PM/CM teams and external clients, partnering with engineering, design, and construction professionals to drive delivery from planning through project controls.

You will develop and implement standardized project management processes, configure them in integrated systems, and create training materials to ensure consistent, high-quality execution across large multi-project

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in project management.
• Experience developing, reviewing, and analyzing Primavera P6 schedules.
• Experience implementing and working with project management and information management systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including engagement with executive leadership and clients.
• Experience developing program- and project-level reporting, including executive status reporting.
• Experience managing costs across large, multi-project programs.
• Experience developing and applying formal change management processes.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on performance improvement and continuous optimization.
• Ability to travel to project sites and client offices as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and implement standardized project management and project controls processes.
• Configure those processes within integrated project management systems.
• Develop training materials that promote consistent, high-quality project execution.
• Apply project controls best practices to enable effective cost and schedule management across large, multi-project programs.
• Help align processes, systems, and resources to support best-in-class project delivery.
