Qualifications

• Experience developing, reviewing, and analyzing Primavera P6 schedules.
• Demonstrated experience developing and implementing processes with cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including engagement with executive leadership and clients.
• Experience implementing and working with project management and information management systems.
• Proven ability to collect, analyze, and synthesize data to deliver strategic, actionable insights.
• Experience managing costs across large, multi-project programs.
• Experience developing program- and project-level reporting, including executive status reporting.
• Experience developing and applying formal change management processes.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on performance improvement and continuous optimization.
• Ability to travel to project sites and client offices as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of standardized project management and project controls processes.
• Configure those processes within integrated project management systems.
• Develop training materials that promote consistent, high-quality project execution.
• Apply project controls best practices to enable cost and schedule management across large programs.
• Help align processes, systems, and resources for best-in-class delivery.
