Ras Companies in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking a Project Manager for a full-time, hybrid role (3 days in office, 2 days remote). The successful candidate will coordinate, evaluate, and implement projects across the organization, partnering with stakeholders to deliver enterprise value.

We value analytical thinkers with strong communication skills who can drive process improvements and data quality initiatives. A PM certification is desirable but not required.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of project management experience required.
• Proven analytical skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be proficient in the Microsoft suite of products.
• Certification in project management is desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, evaluate, and implement assigned projects across the organization.
