Job summary

RAS is seeking a Client Services Manager to build strong client relationships, resolve concerns, and coordinate with internal staff while ensuring top-tier client satisfaction. This role offers a home-based/work-from-home setup for candidates residing in SD, IA, or MO with frequent travel and overnight stays.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in workers' compensation claims handling, experience with TPAs, and strong communication skills. A company vehicle is provided as part of the benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of workers' compensation claims handling experience.
• Experience with Third Party Administrators (TPA) clients preferred.
• Multi-functional experience in claims management, claims administration and/or account management.
• Proven decision making and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

RAS is looking for a Client Services Manager who will be responsible for building and nurturing strong professional business relationships with our clients. This role will identify and resolve client concerns, service as a point of contact, coordinate with internal staff members, and ensure top notch client satisfaction. This position offers a home-based work opportunity. The successful candidate must reside in one of the following states: SD, IA, or MO. Frequent travel with some overnight stays will be required.

Job Requirements
