Job summary

RAS Companies seeks a Client Services Manager to build and nurture strong client relationships, resolve concerns, and coordinate with internal staff to ensure high client satisfaction. This role supports a home-based schedule with travel and requires residing in SD, IA, or MO.

Requirements include five years of workers' compensation claims handling experience, TPA exposure preferred, and proficiency in Word/Excel. A valid driver’s license is required and a company vehicle is provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of workers' compensation claims handling experience.
• Experience with Third Party Administrators (TPA) clients preferred.
• Multi-functional experience in claims management, claims administration and/or account management.
• Proven decision making and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

RAS is looking for a Client Services Manager who will be responsible for building and nurturing strong professional business relationships with our clients. This position offers a home-based work opportunity. The successful candidate must reside in one of the following states: SD, IA, or MO. Frequent travel with some overnight stays will be required.
