Job summary

RAS Companies is seeking a Client Services Manager to build and nurture strong client relationships, resolve concerns, and coordinate with internal staff to ensure top-tier satisfaction. This remote role requires residence in SD, IA, or MO and may involve travel.

You will serve as the primary contact for clients, guide service delivery across teams, and uphold the company’s reputation as a trusted workers' compensation insurer with a 30+ year history and a commitment to safer workplaces.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years' workers' compensation claims handling experience.
• Experience with Third Party Administrators (TPA) clients preferred.
• Multifunctional experience in claims management, claims administration and/or account management desirable.
• Proven decision making and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Valid drivers' license required.

RAS is looking for a Client Services Manager who will be responsible for building and nurturing strong professional business relationships with our clients. This role will identify and resolve client concerns, service as a point of contact, coordinate with internal staff members, and ensure top notch client satisfaction. This position offers a home-based work opportunity. The successful candidate must reside in one of the following states: SD, IA, or MO. Frequent travel with some overnight stays will be required.

Job Requirements
