Job summary

Elevance Health is seeking a Project Manager to join our Puerto Rico team. The role requires collaboration across business partners to deliver small to mid-size initiatives with moderate guidance, in a hybrid in-office setting in San Juan or Mayaguez.

You will develop planning documents, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure clear communication with sponsors and stakeholders while promoting a culture of teamwork and accountability. Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires a BA/BS in a related field with at least 3 years of project management experience.
• At least 2 years leading and directing project tasks.
• Ability to work in a hybrid in-office setting in Puerto Rico.

Responsibilities

• Develops project charters and planning documents.
• Leads project meetings and reports status.
• Manages scope, time, and budget.
