Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience leading complex initiatives, programs, or transformation in a matrixed org.
• 5+ years converting broad direction into executable plans, governance, milestones, decisions, and measurable outcomes.
• 5+ years of project or program management with risks, issues, dependencies, benefits, and exec reporting.
• 3+ years influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Mobilize assigned initiatives by converting approved priorities into clear execution plans with scope, milestones, and resources.
• Establish governance forums, review cadences, decision gates, and RACI models.
• Prepare and facilitate reviews focused on outcomes, risks, decisions, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate implementation across functions; monitor milestones and escalate delays.
• Develop dashboards and executive progress briefs to show outcomes, risks, adoption, and next actions.
• Document sustained operating processes and transfer responsibilities to permanent owner.
