Qualifications

• Experience leading complex initiatives and cross-functional execution.
• Ability to convert broad direction into executable plans with milestones and governance.
• Proven track record in risk management, benefits tracking and executive reporting.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
• Comfort working across US time zones and coordinating multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Mobilize initiatives into an integrated execution plan with scope, milestones, and resources.
• Confirm stakeholders, accountabilities, decision rights, dependencies and escalation routes.
• Establish governance forums, review cadences, and decision gates.
• Prepare reviews focused on outcomes, risks, decisions, and actions with owners and due dates.
• Coordinate implementation across functions and monitor milestones and commitments.
• Develop concise dashboards and executive progress briefs on adoption and value.
