Job summary

Segra is seeking a qualified Project Manager II for our Kansas City, MO office on a full-time hybrid schedule. The role requires managing multiple projects from launch through lifecycle, acting as the liaison with customers, and ensuring timely implementation and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of project management experience in telecommunications and proficiency with MS Office, plus a solid understanding of telecom networks and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with Project Management and/or minimum 3 years of Project Management experience.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in telecommunications.
• MS Office knowledge required.
• Knowledge of telecommunications network technologies, protocols, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between Segra and customers during all project phases.
• Oversee launch and lifecycle management of multiple projects.
• Coordinate implementation activities and communicate progress internally.
• Ensure timely delivery and satisfaction objectives are met.
