Job summary

Segra is seeking a qualified Project Manager II for our Kansas City, MO office on a full-time hybrid schedule. The role requires managing multiple projects from launch through lifecycle, acting as the liaison with customers, and ensuring timely implementation and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of project management experience in telecommunications and proficiency with MS Office, plus a solid understanding of telecom networks and operations.

Job description

Segra is searching for a qualified and experienced Project Manager II to join us in a full-time capacity in our Kansas City, MO office.

Location Requirement

The work arrangement for this role is a hybrid position, requiring a minimum of three (3) days in the Kansas City, MO office, with flexibility to work remotely two (2) days each week.

Role Overview

The Project Manager II will be responsible for the launch and life cycle management of multiple projects to meet revenue and customer satisfaction objectives. This position requires a combination of technical and business skills. The Project Manager II will have project management job experience, as well as an understanding of the End-to-End business process and internal systems/tools. They will act as the liaison between Segra and customers during all phases of project implementation. They will also ensure the timely management of all implementation activities and proactively communicate internally across all associated organizations.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree with Project Management and/or minimum 3 years of Project Management experience.

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experiences pertaining to the telecommunications industry desired.
• Project management experience required.
• MS Office knowledge.
• Knowledge and experience with telecommunications network technologies, protocols, and operations.

Salary Range: $74,340.00 - $85,000.00
