Qualifications

• Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent or 3–5 years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Business Administration preferred.
• Experience in wireless/telecom services a plus.
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Lead and supervise construction workers and subcontractors on site.
• Inspect work to ensure design specs and quality standards.
• Enforce safety protocols and conduct site inspections.
• Maintain communication with clients, managers, subcontractors.
• Prepare project documents including reports, change orders, permits, invoices.
• Coordinate with field personnel, customers, and vendors.
• Ensure project completion and schedule adherence.
