Donaldson is seeking a Project Manager II for Aerospace & Defense to lead product development efforts. The role involves planning, coordinating and delivering projects on time and within budget, while ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has experience with New Product Introduction and can work in a hybrid schedule at the Bloomington, MN office. Travel up to 5% is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in Project or Program Management.
• 1+ year of experience using Microsoft Project.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, schedule and coordinate product development projects from concept to production.
• Organize and lead internal project activities with timely reporting to stakeholders.
• Define requirements, milestones, risks and escalate issues to minimize impact.
