Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.

• Lean Six Sigma experience.
• Aerospace knowledge/experience.
• Industrial or machine automation experience.
• Experience with FEA (ANSYS).
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Leading projects or project management.

Responsibilities

• Performs moderately complex professional engineering duties in a particular field; participates in optimization, methods, and process development.
• Leads technical or specialized applications, products or projects, and coordinates larger cross-functional projects.
• Works to achieve program, functional, and/or business targets with direct impact on results.
• Mentors lower-level employees and may lead significant parts of projects.
• Communicates with internal and external stakeholders; may interface with clients or partners.
• Develops solutions with current and new technologies for Aerospace and Defense applications.
