You will coordinate activities across sales, design, engineering and manufacturing, drive stage-gate processes, and demonstrate NPI experience in a hybrid Bloomington, MN setting. This role offers growth opportunities and exposure to high-visibility projects with a global engineering community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 3+ years of experience in Project or Program Management.
• 1+ year of experience using Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and coordinate product development projects across concept to production using stage-gate processes.
• Organize, align and lead internal project activities including timely reporting of project performance to stakeholders.
• Ensure project requirements and deliverables are defined, milestones met, and risks mitigated.
• Serve as a cross-functional coordinator with sales, design, engineering, purchasing and manufacturing.
• Support continuous improvement activities such as lessons learned meetings.
• Lead or support non-development projects as required.
• Travel: Up to 5%.
