Job summary

Ancoats is seeking a Project Manager I to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will manage project teams, client and design partner relationships, contracts, budgets, and schedules, aligning with Ancoats standards.

You will work closely with superintendents and the Construction Executive to deliver projects that meet client expectations and ensure financial performance. Hybrid work in Minneapolis is available.

Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Five or more years of commercial construction experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead project delivery and build client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution with clear team expectations and accountability.
• Coordinate owner, architect, contractor meetings and decisions.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and procurement across projects.
