Ancoats, a Minneapolis-based construction management firm, seeks a Superintendent to lead day-to-day on-site operations for commercial projects. You will coordinate trade partners, maintain schedules, enforce safety and quality, and manage field documentation on projects primarily in the Twin Cities, with travel as needed.

The role demands strong leadership, clear communication, and ownership of field activities from mobilization through closeout.

Formación

• Five+ years of commercial construction experience required.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in construction management, construction engineering, civil engineering, architectural engineering, or related field.
• Experience with higher education and healthcare projects preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily construction operations, jobsite oversight, trade coordination, safety, quality control, and site cleanliness.
• Develop and maintain the project master schedule, update it monthly, and produce a three-week look-ahead schedule each week.
• Review design documents for constructability, develop RFIs, and communicate gaps to the team.
• Lead field coordination meetings and maintain daily reports, progress photos, safety documentation, and inspection records.
