Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead complex commercial and institutional projects from pre-construction through closeout. This full-time hybrid role is based in Ardmore, PA, with regular on-site presence and collaboration with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

You will oversee schedules, budgets, change orders, and safety compliance while driving quality workmanship and client satisfaction across multiple projects in the region.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in construction project management with a general contractor.
• Experience managing commercial or institutional construction projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency with budgeting, cost estimating, and change orders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle of construction projects from pre-construction to closeout.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute activities within budgets and schedules.
• Develop and update project schedules; track milestones and critical path.
• Manage budgets, cost estimating, financial tracking, and expenditures.
• Prepare and negotiate change orders; document scope and schedule impacts.
• Coordinate subcontractors and trade partners; ensure quality and safety.
• Lead project meetings and maintain project documentation.
• Monitor site progress with regular visits and inspections.
