Job summary

ANCO is seeking a Project Manager to lead construction and infrastructure projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will handle budgeting, scheduling, procurement, subcontractor coordination, safety, quality, and client relations to deliver successful outcomes across the Upper Midwest.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of PM experience in construction, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills. Occasional travel is required; certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management in construction or related field.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, and procurement knowledge.
• Experience managing subcontractors, vendors, and field teams.
• Leadership and communication skills; travel available.
• PM/CM certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple construction projects from award through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and resource plans.
• Monitor labor, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and overall project costs.
• Manage procurement, POs, delivery logistics, RFIs, submittals, changes, and documentation.
• Coordinate with construction managers and field staff to support efficient operations.
• Conduct project and coordination meetings and provide client updates.
• Build and maintain customer and stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, policies, safety, and quality standards.
• Track project performance, identify risks, and report to leadership.
• Oversee closeout, punch lists, warranties, and turnover documents.
