Job summary

Ancoats is seeking an Assistant Project Manager II to support commercial construction projects in the Twin Cities. You will work with project managers, superintendents, and the Construction Executive to deliver projects from preconstruction through closeout, owning key processes and mentoring engineers.

Based in our Minneapolis office with hybrid flexibility, you will help with procurement, cost forecasting, RFIs, and meeting coordination, while ensuring quality, safety, and on-schedule delivery.

Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of construction field engineering or PM experience preferred.
• Ability to read plans and specifications; manage procurement and changes.
• Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Office proficiency.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist PMs and superintendents to deliver commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Own procurement tracking, cost forecasting, and change management.
• Coordinate trade partner activities, schedules, and RFIs.
• Lead meetings and document decisions; ensure timely delivery.
