Cordoba Corporation is seeking Project Managers of all levels for its Energy-Gas sector in Southern California. Senior PMs will oversee utility pipeline projects from conception to completion, ensuring safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance.

The role spans planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination with a focus on cost control, risk management, and on-time delivery. Hybrid work 3–4 days/week with travel up to 10% in Southern California.

Formación

• Gas utility pipeline project management experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Construction Management or related field preferred.
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets aligned with client requirements.
• Lead project activities and manage resources and subcontractors.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Negotiate contracts, change orders, and other documents.
• Monitor compliance with specifications, standards, and regulations.
• Facilitate communication among stakeholders and regulatory agencies.
• Track expenditures and ensure adherence to budgets and financial objectives.
• Prepare financial reports and forecasts for management.
