Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead projects from definition through implementation within a digital platforms environment supporting field technician mobile applications.

You will drive scope, schedule, cost, and quality while coordinating stakeholders and guiding day-to-day project activities, requiring strong planning, communication and change management skills.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of project management experience delivering technology projects.
• Proficient with MS Project, Visio, Excel and Word.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Solid project planning, judgment and decision-making abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience directing cross-functional teams and managing budgets/schedules.
• Background managing application-focused initiatives, ideally mobile apps.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Own delivery across scope, budget, schedule and quality metrics.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans and drive milestones.
• Establish and execute effective communication plans for teams and stakeholders.
• Provide day-to-day direction and coordination for project resources.
• Lead change management and control scope throughout the project.
• Prepare and present project documentation, status reports and budget updates.
• Facilitate risk, issue and dependency management with escalation and resolution.
• Coordinate with application teams supporting mobile solutions used by field technicians.
