Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in digital project management in a digital agency, creative services or tech consulting.
• Strong technical literacy with web technologies and CMS platforms.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall and hybrid methodologies.
• Proficient with WordPress, Sitecore, AEM or Drupal projects.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills for non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactive mindset and ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
• Scrum or Agile certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted client contact, ensuring exceptional project outcomes.
• Refine goals and translate business needs into actionable requirements.
• Guide cross-functional teams through each project phase.
• Maintain clear project documentation in tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Anticipate challenges and remove blockers to keep work flowing.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and release coordination.
• Support QA, UAT, and deployment activities.
• Foster empathy, clear communication, and long-term client relationships.
