Sand Cherry Associates is seeking a Project Manager to support the Mobile Product team in planning and delivering strategic initiatives and technology projects that enhance customer experience and drive business results. This is a hybrid role with 4 days on-site in Denver, CO.

The ideal candidate translates complex requirements into actionable plans, manages risks, and communicates with stakeholders at all levels in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of project management, business analysis, or related experience in tech or consulting.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models and SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and organize business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and project documentation.
• Plan and coordinate mobile, technology, and business projects from requirements through implementation.
• Maintain plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and status updates.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Engineering, and business units to track deliverables.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, meetings, and UAT; document decisions and next steps.
• Identify risks, issues, and scope changes; escalate to leadership as needed.
• Analyze processes and data to identify improvements and opportunities.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and communications.
