Job summary

AFL Data Center Services is seeking a Dashboard Developer for its PMO to build a scalable visibility layer. You will pull data from spreadsheets, project plans, and systems into executive-ready dashboards for internal leaders and customers.

You will evaluate tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker), design architecture, and establish standards while collaborating with senior analysts to ensure clarity and impact across geographies and customers.

Qualifications

• Five to eight years of progressive experience in dashboard development, BI engineering, or data visualization.
• Tool agnostic with multi-platform fluency: Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or equivalent.
• Strong SQL and data modeling fundamentals.
• Demonstrated experience building both internal executive dashboards and external customer dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead platform evaluation and recommendation for dashboard stack.
• Design and build PMO dashboard architecture for internal and external views.
• Develop and maintain dashboards showing project health, schedule performance, earned value, KPI trends.
• Turn analytical work into clean visualizations in collaboration with the Senior BI Analyst.
• Build data pipelines from heterogeneous sources including spreadsheets and tools.
• Establish dashboard standards, templates, and version control.
