Job summary

DataHouse, a Hawaii-based technology consulting firm, is hiring a Project Manager to lead initiatives from initiation through delivery. You will manage timelines, budgets, and resources while coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet business goals.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of project management experience, a strong leadership style, and proficiency with PM tools such as Asana, Jira, and MS Project in a hybrid office environment in Honolulu.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in project management or a related role.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Jira, Microsoft Project, Trello, etc.)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee projects to ensure timely and successful completion.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project execution.
• Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to align project goals.
• Track project milestones, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Facilitate meetings, document progress, and provide regular status reports.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve project efficiency.
• Ensure projects comply with company policies and industry standards.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and recommend process improvements.
