Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex cross-functional and global projects. You will run project calls, allocate work, and ensure timelines and outcomes are met while overseeing stakeholder communications and risk management.

The role requires strong problem-solving skills, mentoring abilities, and experience with policy/procedure training. A Hybrid work arrangement is offered, with office days designated at Dry Creek/Panorama locations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years related experience with a 4-year degree; or 6+ years with an advanced degree or equivalent experience.
• PMP or Green Belt certification preferred.
• Strong problem solving and independent working capability.
• Leads project teams and may train junior staff.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex cross-functional and global projects.
• Run project calls, assign tasks, and manage timelines and outcomes.
• Manage stakeholder communications and report risks and issues.
• Create and maintain project-related process documents.
