Job summary

JLL is seeking a dynamic PDS Project Manager to provide reliable, timely, and professional support and lead day-to-day project management activities. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, plan, prioritize, and organize a diverse workload while on-site 4-5 days per week.

The role requires 5+ years in project management, strong construction knowledge, and proficiency with MS Office, Google Workspace, and PM tools. Travel about 20-30% may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of project management experience.
• Successful delivery of complex commercial construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Support project executives on multiple projects.
• Maintain on-site presence 4-5 days per week.
• Develop scope, schedule and budget for projects.
• Identify and address budget and risk concerns.
• Coordinate and track vendor RFPs and contracts.
• Prepare project reports and financial tracking.
