Job summary

Insight Global seeks a Project Management Assistant in a long-term Columbus, OH role. On-site Monday-Thursday with Friday remote, supporting contract requests for a large utility client.

duties include data entry of CREQs, CCRs and CPAs in AS8, ensuring timely, accurate information and proactive communication with Project Managers. In this role you will resolve data discrepancies, route approvals, and help manage work orders, IDs, and service requests to keep projects aligned and compliant with

Qualifications

• Experience entering CREQs/CCRs/CPAs in AS8.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage CREQs (contract requisitions) in AS8 with project details from proposals.
• Create and manage CPAs (contract payment authorizations) in AS8 including routing for approvals and invoice handling.
• Follow up with project managers to ensure compliance and resolve discrepancies quickly.
• Create and manage CCRs (contract change requests) in AS8, including routing for approvals.
• Process and manage WO, PID, and SR in AS8 for project initiation and close-out.
• Finalize all CPAs and create CCRs to close out contracts.
